Ordering Information
Prices effective January 1, 2010; subject to change without notice. Send purchase order by mail,
telephone, or fax. Terms net 30 days. Individuals order by telephone with MasterCard or VISA, or by
mailing a personal check and order form. Continental U.S. orders shipped surface UPS unless instructed otherwise. Allow three weeks for delivery. Out of stock items will be shipped as they become available.
College texts: Submit orders for professional books used as texts through local college bookstore,
including our address. To consider a book for a college course, write for an examination copy.

Overseas orders: Please call for details; Bookstores, wholesalers, other resellers: contact us for terms.

 Returns
 All returns require prior office permission. 10% fee charged for  unauthorized returns. Returns accepted within 30 days of shipping or invoice date, whichever is later, provided materials are  in saleable condition. Opened packages not
accepted. Professional books may be returned up to 6 months from invoice date, but only half of quantity ordered may be returned if request is received more than 30 days after invoice date. All returns credited at purchase price, less applicable fees.  A credit memo is issued unless customer
requests a refund and there is no outstanding debt with Richard C. Owen Publishers, Inc. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
